Neropasso Originale Biscardo
Meticulous care is put into this wine, the vineyard workers aiming to ripen all the grapes evenly, before hand harvesting the best grapes. They intend to increase the sugar levels with the Appassimento method (Commonly used in Amarone.) By drying the grapes out in the sunlight, they increase the fruit flavour and create a truly incredible wine.
~ Intense ruby red. The grapes are dried producing a more pronounced plum, cherry, and cassis flavour. Light oak flavours coming out, bringing spice and rounding the wine. Soft and silky tannins, medium acidity, and a long finish, make for an incredibly easy to drink wine.
~ Italian meats and cheeses, pasta, and duck
